Price is per hour of event. Note that for events lasting longer than 30 mins, a second transcriptionist is required to attend.
Pricing is per hour of event. Required for events longer than 60 minutes or for events requiring extensive keyboarding (e.g. multiple presenters, audience participation, etc.) for the provision of an additional transcriptionist for verbatim capture, accuracy, and quality control.
An edited, finalized script of all audio typed and edited during the event. Can be delivered as an electronic documented or printed material for distribution. Extra fees may apply if specialized printing/binding is requested.

Review/editing of script and addition of related images/descriptive text
Script editing and reviewing of more advanced or specialized terminology (e.g. medical terminology, legal terminology, etc.)
For events with large audiences or that require captions to be displayed in large screen, projector rentals can be made available given prior notice. Rental price covers cost for entire event.
A/V equipment, private viewing screen for text captions, typically used in events to replace projector screens, where single individuals require captioning services as opposed to large audience. Rental price covers cost for entire event.
